Still no NEWS

Is anyone else still waiting for NEWS.

Despite my credit card being charged 2 July, still have not got a copy. Music Today now suggest my shipment was made 15 July...this does not fit with the earlier NPG pronouncements that your card would not be charged until the CD was ready to go in 24 hrs.

What a crock of s**t.

Yet again, the club makes rash announcements and promises it cannot or does not want to keep and members are treated shoddily.

And then they ask for unofficial discs to be returned to them.

Yea right.

That's gotta suck...

I went to sell some CDs at Amoeba in Hollywood and casually walked to the soul section and one lone copy of NEWS was displayed on the front of the Prince titles. Purchased it for $11.99. So far, I'm really digging it...

I have never had any problems with shipment from the NPGMC. As with ANY company, mistakes r made because the people that work 4 that comapny r HUMAN and capable of basic HUMAN ERROR. Just because u paid $25 or whatever doesnt eradicate that fact.

When does it cease to be human error and start to be a problem? Perhaps when there is a PATTERN of error?

Hmmm, something to think about.

It has nothing to do with the $25, it's just plain good customer service - a sore spot for NPGMC since day one.

I was charged july 2nd also and have not received mine! I've been given every excuse in the book about why I haven't received it. I've talked to npgmc and music today. I have basicly just given up on getting from them so I ordered it from some where else. I just figure I lost $15.00 and learned a lesson not to order from npgmc. so if you plan on get the new dvd. order it from some where else. This is not simple human error it is disrespectful and careless customer service. It just smell bad when so many people have the same story.

I don't have my copies yet either. I haven't checked my statment - but I ordered them about 3 days after it became available on the site. Checking my mailbox . . . hope it arrives soon
