At earliest, the CD arrives august 5th, but maybe not even before aug 19th! That's almost a month later then the arrival of NEWS in stores in Holland!

I received this email after I send an email yesterday about not receiving NEWS as a member prior to it's store release!

I'm in the same situation! I ordered it the day it came out and I have to wait 2 months to get it!

Your best bet is 2 go and get it in the stores, instead of waiting for their so called "efficient" Members first service!!! LOL

I got mine yesterday at HMV here in the UK!!!

More and more I am beginning 2 think that the old - fashioned ways of getting things, like CDs, are the best, particularly when it comes 2 Prince!!!

I got my shipping confirmation on July 22nd but before that I emailed Musictoday about my order and here is the reply I received yesterday:

According to MusicToday, the second batch wasn't delivered to them from the NPGMC until July 26...3 days before retail.

Once again, the club is completely lying when they say that "it's up to the mail at this point." You can't send anything on a Saturday by bulk mail and have it arrive by Tuesday.

I hope that people finally stop ordering from these scam artists.

beleive me I never will order from npgmc again! I ordered news cd on june 19 and I still don't have. I've received every excuse in the book but no cd!!!

Finally got my NEWS on August 2nd.

Everytime I've ordered thru the NPGMC the order has come thru just a hair before the public release date. I can live with that. I don't blame people for being pissed at this point if they haven't gotten N.E.W.S.

To each his or her own, but I find the idea of PROBABLY getting releases a few days or even a couple of weeks before retail to be pointless.

Maybe I'm not really all that hardcore anymore?

I'm sure if they released say The Birthday Parade on DVD I'd want that bitch ASAP...so maybe it's just the recent product that doesn't exactly get my heart throbbing.
