Byron, I agree that the majority of satisfied members don't post their positive experiences. I did so to try to help show that it is not nearly as bad as the few disgruntled folks would have us believe...

I posted many, especially around the time of the ONA concerts, but when my posts became critical later on, THEY seemed to ellicit the most response and feedback.

Well I don't know what you people are complaining about but I have had my copy of NEWS for almost 3 weeks. I have never had any problems with things I have ordered off NPGMC. It seems to me that you people just don't have things filled out properly. Try following instructions to the fullest and maybe you will get your orders on time!
