I just checked my CC charges and discovered I had been charged 4 NEWS on 30 June. I never recieved an e-mail regarding this...does this mean it's on the way...it's 15 July...where's my NEWS...

Yup, just got my CC statement too and it was charged on June 30th...and yet no N.E.W.S!!!

The last time something from npgmc took this long from the time my cc was charged, it was being held up because I was being dinged with some bs "duty" and "gst" charges. NEWS will end up costing us $50 CAN once we're said and done. We could have ordered it from Amazon.ca and it would likely have gotten to us sooner.

I haven't received anything either. I did get the e-mail on June 30 and my credit card was charged on June 30 as well. The e-mail message does say that DHL courier takes 2-4 weeks to arrive, but I didn't think that would be accurate. What's the point in a courier if it takes longer to arrive than standard post?

Damm "ThePez" you know what your right! I ordered something from the Retail section of the website last year and I had to pay an extra $20 bucks, when I picked it up at the Post Office...friggin Duty & GST... WTF is up with that. I will be pissed, if we end up paying more for N.E.W.S than everyone else!

Got my N.E.W.S., but not the CC statement yet...

I got my News in the mail yesterday and I live in Ottawa. I like the CD! It was great music for a party that I had last night... Just fast enough and instrumental!

Why did I pay US$8.99 for shipping? I thought it was coming by DHL courier (according to the e-mail), and instead it arrives by regular mail. Is anyone else asking for their shipping money back?
