NEWS shipping update 6/26 So I called MusicToday at 877 687 4277.
The rep said that they are "awaiting a bigger shipment" from the manufacturer b/c "demand was higher than they expected"...she said she read that off of her computer screen. She also said that no CD's have been shipped or will be shipped until the "bigger shipment" arrives, which will be in 1-4 weeks, and when our cards our charged we can expect that the CD was shipped that same day. I understand the fact that there are more orders than actual copies of the CD, as has been explained previously. What I find odd is that even the people who ordered within the first few HOURS of availability are awaiting another shipment from the Park. Sigh. I really should learn to stop getting my hopes up. One of these days!!! I'm not complaining, by the way, so please don't go off on me. I'm just reporting what I found out. It seems that the June 19 date was somewhat arbitrary, I guess? I don't know. Oh well. If anyone else hears anything, please post on here so we are all informed - thanks! [This message was edited Thu Jun 26 10:10:57 PDT 2003 by theblueangel] No confusion, no tears. Prince, what you need is a manager.
The way you handle your business sucks big time. However, the currently released music is much more exciting compared to most stuff he did in the 90ies, and that´s what counts to me... The contents and opinions expressed by MrHappy have not been approved for publication by Prince or anyone in his employ.

Yes, you should. just enjoy what you have right now, and if something is out of your control, don't let it bother you too much, because letting it get you down won't do no good. Peace

Peace I agree with Heavenly - unfortunately the evil little fucker that sits on my left shoulder is yelling "why am I the only bastard that makes good on his word!!!" Doing the right thing isn't something we should be grateful for. Don't make promises you can't keep. There's nothing wrong with speaking out when you don't get what you paid for. (Just letting off some steam, it's not directed at you!) Some people need to crawl out of their mailboxes and get lives. Prince may be the purple Yoda, but Wendy & Lisa and Eric Leeds also sit on the Jedi Council.
