Tracking NEWS orders with MusicToday ...  As of 10:47pm in the UK I haven't received any notification regarding whether or not my order of NEWS has shipped.
I decided to try and track the order ... after finally locating the correct page I entered my email and my password and was presented with a lovely page informing me that MusicToday were experiencing 'Technical Difficulties' so 'technically' there is no way for anyone to know whether or not their order has in fact been shipped on the advertised day ... ... same old story ... ... | |

Hi There,
I too ordered N.E.W.S. on the 19th and recieved an emial confirmation of my order! I have had no shipping confirmation and cannot view the order on the site (nor through the link supplied with the confirmation email). I mailed NPGMC and they say they have no record of my order! I hope this is a cock up theor side and my order is winging its way to me as I type this! What is the address for the status of order page on the site please? Please please please dont let this turn into another disaster...i'm still waiting for last years cds to turn up! | |

Is the NPGMC even supposed to have record of your order? That would be Musictoday I think, and since you received an e-mail confirmation for your order, everything seems alright. | |

Call MusicToday at the 800 # located somewhere in this forum, on another thread. They should have record of your order. And while you're on with them, ask 'em what's up with the shipping? Supposedly they send an email when they ship, and nobody's gotten a shipping email, so I guess they haven't gone out...
