Backordered on the first day of sale?? Here is the email I got today after placing my order this morning:
Thank you for ordering with Musictoday. Unfortunately, the following item(s) you ordered are on back order. P1CD01 - P1 Prince NEWS CD The item(s) you ordered should be received within 1-4 weeks. You will not be charged until your order is shipped and you will only be charged for shipping once. We apologize for the delay. Your product will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the item (s) to our warehouse. If you have questions, concerns, or need to change your order, please feel free to e-mail us at merchandise@musictoday.com or call 1-877-MUSIC-77. Thank you for your patience. | |

Remember, the NPGMC told us it wouldn't ship until the 25th. They were just letting us know in advance that the company doesn't have CDs yet. | |

I just got off the phone w/MusicToday, and they advised that because that haven't received stock for "NEWS" (pre-order), they have listed it as back ordered. It will ship (as promised) on the 25th.
