discography in the vault II & III

do u folks think there is any rhyme or reason for the tracks listed under NPG music club in the vault II & III? why are they separated into vault II & III?
in vault II it lists 7 songs, including madrid 2 chicago, breathe, mad, and funky design. vault III lists 18 songs, mostly everything else from year 1, about 1 full CD worth.
what does this all mean?
i'm tempted to go home now and make me 2 CDs with all those tracks listed, in their particular song orders.
why are thee 7 in vault II and 18 in vault III? is this just random? is it carelessness on the part of npgmc?
any thoughts?

The tracks in Vault II were recorded by 'prince' - the ones in Vault III were recorded by 'Prince', both before (Splash) and after (everything else) the prince-era.

My question about the Vaults, is why dont they have a videography (if there is such a word?) that would show Purple Rain, Prince & Revolution Live, UTCM, SOTT, Lovesexy, Diamonds & Pearls, Gett Off, Sexy MF, 3 Chains O Gold, Sacrafice Of Victor, The Undertaker, Rave 2000 and the upcoming Vegas DVD.

the birthday parade concert with the revolution was released overseas - japan only?

i would KILL for good dvd transfers of some of these. he really needs to put someone with enthusiasm for his career in charge of packaging and releasing his back catalog. it doesn't have to take away from today.
