it's insulting that they say that, and it highlights what fucking ridiculous control freaks they are (they or he?), but there is NO way they can enforce that (like you said, banishedbrian). any judge would laugh at the club's idea of a CONtract anyway if it came down to it.

and they feel the need to put a big-ass warning like that just for putting up some fucking SAMPLES? someone else said it on one of the boards in the last few days, and i think it may be right: there ain't no way they're giving us any downloads this year.
