why do i have the feeling you're talking about me? maybe i'm just being paranoid.

even if you're referring to someone else, i DO have to change posting styles somewhat on the org vs. npgmc, and not just in terms of not cursing on the club.

for example, the org has much more stringent rules in terms of flaming. the club apparently can't possibly enforce anything like that b/c all the sheep DO is flame on there.

i have made a conscious effort to post about prince-related items that i feel GOOD about on the club...the reason for this is that paisleypark9 and others keep private messaging me telling me that "if i don't like anything i can just leave." so i'm hoping that these people will see that (obviously) i'm a huge fan of prince's musical talent. otherwise i sure as hell wouldn't have shelled out $25, right?

i kinda hope you're not talking about me, b/c i HAVE noticed that some people are indeed "normal" on here, i.e. they have good things to say and bad things to say about the club and prince's current musical output (for example). yet on the club, these same people will jump all over someone for even hinting at criticism.

And if they are, they could be pointing to far, FAR more obvious examples of NPGMPD (NPG Multiple Personality Disorder, that is).

Different sites have different moods. To a certain extent, you adapt. That's whatever it is. But there's a difference between going the "when in Rome" route and faking the funk completely to say what you think they wanna hear.
