NPGMC-(Interactivity) Hinderin Piracy?

I'v been on most of NPGMC.I like the interactive concept, reminds me of 'Interactive' the Prince PC game.

But, its a pity i couldn't download any audio or video, i know theres a way of savin them. But u can't just download it efficently and dat maybe due 2 piracy. Cuz most people who downloaded from NPGMC the 1st 2 years, could easily make it available on FSP's (file-sharin-programs) and give it 2 friends. The first 2 years files of NPGMC are every where.

I was told by a source dat no piracy can compete with the interactive nature of the site. Well ur not gonna c Prince playin guitar on the stairs are u?

Back in the day, long before computers were popular, folks bootlegged all kinds of his music. There were thousands of pirated Prince tracks circulating before the MP3 was even invented.

There is no way they can prevent us from obtaining and sharing whatever music is placed there.

it's not hinderin anything... I still have the one night alone dvd, not from PRince but from rozy, and it's tight and unedited.. so they haven't hindered anything, except my faith in Prince ever doing anything for anyone but PRince.

"piracy" is actually the term to use when people are selling his music illegally. In all fairness, prince knows that streaming media can be recorded and reproduced as well. You just have to know how. So why he really does it... and releases so little new music... God knows why...
