NPGMC password e-mail Hey,
Did anyone else receive an unsolicited e-mail from the club reminding them of their password? I just thought it was odd since I haven't received any of the other e-mails from the club. Just wondering if I was alone in this phenomenon. | | |

um, for real?? that seems odd. do you think maybe you had tried to sign in but entered an incorrect password a couple of times? in which case it could be an automated password letter, like the ones my company would send. of course we would send by US Mail b/c we deal with subscriber's bank accounts and payee accounts, so security is more of an issue.

I didn't forget my password.
I have it saved so whenever I go to the site, it's already filled it. Still weird, though. | |

this happened to me a couple times last year...i emailed them about it...they said maybe somebody had tried to log on under my user name, didn't have the password, and requested it be sent...
maybe somebody is trying names they've seen over here if your user name is the same both places... | |

thanks for the info rio! i hadn't considered that...
