VIP launch to happen again! My first disgruntled e-mail of the year was answered in less than 24 hours with what seems like a personal response. Good news for the start of NPGMC 2003.
This is what I wrote: I was wondering why I didn't receive an e-mail notifying me of the new club start date (as promised). Consequently I missed the launch and the launch party and I missed the music downloads that were limited availability. Now I can't watch the videos because of buffering neither can I download them to watch when I sort out the problems. Please help. and this was the reply: Hello The launch party will be happen again and all video issues will be worked out. We thank u 4 ur patience. How loverly is that? I like the new look club. . I have been having problems with the Videos and e.mailed them last night. I have just had a reply saying how sorry they are, asking me to try again and if it still doesn't work, get back to them and they'll sort it - how nice is that? I feel like a STAR!!! | |

I stayed up til 3am in the uk to go to the vip room. I got my email, but couldn't login using the guestid and password. Do u think eye should email them in case it happens again? --------------------------------------------------

ben - do you have the "rave in2" remix album? were you a member the first year or if not do you have the ahdio shows some other way? b/c if so, you don't have to worry about the launch party. although maybe they'll put a couple people in the club this time so it doesn't look so dang creepy and lonely - not exactly my type o' party. hey preciosa...i've contributed to many posts in the last few days, both on the org and on the npgmc, and i've tried to help as many people as i can (there are so many!) who didn't get a chance to hear/download the first song in the reflection room, or who are having troubles with the videos, or not receiving emails, etc.
