As for the "cool" imagery, I have a feeling prince swiped the interior, or main ideas from a batch of large discount books he was seen purchasing at B&N a few months ago.

Sure, $25 is a small sum compared to last 2 years, but the last 2 years we got a steaming hot pile of shit, now we get that little pebble that u have to strain to get out of your ass.

"the glam slam party"...wasnt a real party. it was a virtual gathering of fans listening to rehashed remixes, like...surprise! this free site! (minus the remixes, which makes it a better value)

of course i will give it a chance, i have no choice.

actually i haven't spent much time over there since saturday. been meaning to check out th chat room though.

i like the chapel/library, actually, i was actually afraid prince would scare us with pop-up preachers lurking in corners. . . okay that's a slight overstatement. but, the chapel is entirely voluntary and i think its presence is prince witnessing to us. whether or not you want to follow him is another matter.

overall i like the club so far. still a few bugs to be worked out, but the intent is there. i think it's encouraging that he keeps trying different formats. the new club seems directly responsive to members' input regarding improvement.

I remember someone from NPGMC telling me the club would change every year! Y1:downloads, Y2:cds..?? With the dvd and web site looks like its the year of visuals???

Ya, sure there will be rants on the NPGMC site time to time, but hell ya know what your getting..damn its Prince.

I've found other artists that I like just as much as Prince so its not like I'm waiting for him to drop me the drugs!
