Apologies if this has already been posted (I've been away for the last few days and haven't accessed the Org) but is there any way to actually log out of the new NPGMC site?

There doesn't appear to be any facility apart from actually closing down the application itself.

I'm just worried from a security point of view.

Anyone know any other way of logging off safely?

But to be honest... I don't see your worriedness from a security point. NPGMC is quite an harmless website, with little to NO???!!! personal information and it doesn't even show where you hung out while you were there. So what's the worry?

I know what you're saying - it's not as if we HAVE given any personal information yet (apart from our credit card details, of course - but, being a bit of a computer Luddite, I just thought it might make things a bit safer.

Maybe - if we ever have to give any more personal info - they'll introduce that facility in future...?

In that case I sure hope so... but don't forget as long as there is only this Flash application nobody can do harm to any personal information you had to enter at signing up.

You can log out of their message board. They seem to be using ".htaccess" to protect the members area, in which case you don't need to log out, just leave the site.
