Why can't I access the site? When I click on the gates and get to the "Join Now"/"Access" area, the screen just goes black when I click on something. | |

You might have to give it a minute to download. That screen should be a picture of a garden like area. Then you must click on the key that's hanging from the tree and that takes you to the screen where you can join. | |

When I click on the door to get into the house everything goes black but I can still hear the water.
