If you haven't noticed, there's a forum in the U Tell Us section, in the 'Time' room.

Who plans to use it regularly? Are you going to abandon the org? Do you think people on other sites (such as princefams.com) are more likely to use it?

I don't think I'll use it much, just because it's not that easy to use and it will always be overrun by fams. But I'll probably browse through it and post every once in a while.

I have spent some time in the chat room, but the window is too small and it scrolls too quickly, so unless that is changed, I think it will die a quick death.

I like the chat room...someone was in there last night and they posted a link to a fourth glam slam song...that I liked very much. I don't know who the person was, but he/she is alright with me and I will be hanging around there more often.

There were so many people there last night. It was hard to keep up! I remember seeing you there Takum. Pochacco are you going under that name?

Leave the org for a fam-style forum? Not a chance... :LOL:

Their forum is exactly like PrinceFams, which I'm not crazy about. The Org is faster & requires less clicking, so I'll remain on the Org. But I'll check them out too just b/c it's his don't know how often though. The site is brand new yet it's a friggin ghost town right now :O And they need moderators QUICK! One forum filled w/ repetitive threads... :X I wanna be a moderator SO bad!

As far as chatting, I've never been big on it (here or there, lol). I pop in but right now it's a lot of meet & greet type convo & some soldiers for all things Prince that are a bit too serious for my taste (one guy told me to leave b/c I didn't wanna discuss the war ). But I'm glad it's there for the folks who dig it. It's funny - as much as it's supposed to be about love & community & all the rest, I don't really feel welcome there just yet. But I'm probably putting that on myself...

I will go there once and a while and also to check out the chat room.

I like prince.org better though, this site has grown on me. I am not leaving this site for another!!!

I'm not leaving the org for the other forum. It has too much asskissing on it. It also has too much 'trying to make Prince see the error of his ways' posts on there. I really wish they would change the subject of the chatroom everyday and I wish people would stick to the subject at hand.

Someone gave me that link last night too, but it wouldn't open - what was it? Anything not previously available?

Ooh I wanne go to that forum , but probably it won't work i guess ?? or is there something what works on the npgmc ?

What I did notice was our join dates on the forum page... Mine says March 2003. Isn't that weird? I joined last year around May. Anywho the chat room does scroll to fast.

I don't know many of you at all so talking to a bunch of people talking is strange to me.

And to answer the question, I'll pop in from time to
time. The threads can be as asinine as those here,
or any other Prince-related site.

I have certainly enjoyed the chatroom there. The
threads definitely need a moderator, just to kill
the repetitive topics.

Would have tried the org chatroom, but too much
wierdness was going on at the time. It may have
settled down some, but I'm still leary of it.

The "newness" of the NPGMC will wear off. What it
becomes after that...

I don't view it as an either/or situation. I'll
be at both sites.
