I may be able to help some NPGMC members out

I'm not sure if someone already posted this, but the videos are downloadable to your pc.
I started trying to play push and pull, it never started playing but my download accelerator started downloading it to my surprise!
Anyhow, if you havent seen the video, and you are a member of course, I'll be happy to send it to you.
