Took 4ever trying 2 join and have just found out I've accidentally joined 3 times. Can I cancel 2 of my memberships or am I lumbered? I used the same credit card each time. I've emailed NPG but am now in a total panic.

That happened to me in year 1 (well...they charged me 3 times anyway) and they asked me to send a card statement to tehm to prove it before tehy would refund.

So its not impossible to get your $$$ back but they make you work for it

It's ridiculous though. The only variable was the username I used. Same password same credit card used everything. Surely that would have set alarm bells ringing but no. Oh and now I can't even access the fucking site properly which adds insult 2 injury!!

Trust me I know about problems - yera 1 and 2 were disaters. Ive only just been able to get in myself after joining first thing this morning...Icant get teh videos and the site is giving me a headache because its so damn random.

There is a room where you can click on guitars and stuff and it plays a burst of sound...whats the point???

If you have the Prince computer 'game' Interactive just play taht...its identical but Interactive has more music and videos

You may have some success if you call your credit card company. They may cancel two of the charges or put them on hold while you clear this up. Good Luck!

NPG have emailed 2 ask which accounts I want deleted so I think I'm OK phew! Still can't access site properly though. Can anyone?!!
