SERIOUS recommendations to NPGMC

Hi,

I dunno who to send this to, so if someone agrees with me, can we contact NPGMC and make the following recommendations -

1. Make all songs DOWNLOADABLE - If this is an experiment in TRUST, then let the NPGMC trust me. I wont share or sell these songs. I just want to be able to play them, or burn a CD for the car.

2. Ditto the videos. I paid my $25. I have a broadband connection. I cant view any of them. And as for the eralier advice of viewing the "lower" quality videos because its not so congested, er...NO.. I want to see the best quality one thanks all the same.

I'm not able to view the cyberclips, don't know why because I have the Window Media Player for Mac OS X installed. I get the message : "was not able to load file, check file path and ..." ??

I can't view them either (Mac OS X), but get a different error: "That request is not valid in the current state" (Whatever that means)

I can't view them either, it shows the media trying to connect but then the video never comes up. I have Windows Media Player 9 as well. Excuse my computer illiteracy, but what is the difference between the high, medium, and low options for downloading the clips???

I was only able to view the Jam of the Year clip and the Push and Pull clip (in medium bandwidth option)... and it was buffering stop and go... probably because of server traffic.

These songs can only be listened to when you're at your computer?! Wow, what a rip! I hate downloading music & videos from the computer because of the reasons all of you have stated. I'm pretty sure I'll be sitting out on this one.
