Can anyone help me with the list of problems Im having so far:

1) Cant get in through the gates but can get in through the other methods people have suggested HOWEVER this has not helped with problem 2.

2) The VIP area of Glams Slam doesnt take my user name or password.

3) I cant see any of the vid clips despite reinstalling Media Player 9...it just says Connecting to Media, Ready, Connecting to media etc


Like I said - Im not complaining but NPGMC havent replied yet (and I dont expect them to answer immeadiately) so I was hoping Prince.org members might have some suggestions or maybe have the same problems.

Any help would be great - thanx

Hmm, not sure that VIP area of Glam Slam is meant to be visited just yet. It does exactly the same for me. With regards to entering in the first place, I've realised that you've just got to have a bit of patience. When you enter your member name and password, don't keep clicking or you get the 'member name not recognised' box. Just wait a while and you'll be allowed in. At least that works for me.

Unfortunately, right now, the member entrance page is coming up with errors.

I kept clicking on acces befor the gate and it allowed me in!!!

The VIP area and Glam Slam require special passwords that will be given out when the NPGMC wants to.

About the videos: it's just the server being busy, I think. Try the med our low versions and be patient. That way I got to see one by now.
