i figure, it's a really cool new design in there, somewhere, prince has obviously taken the time to really get wild with this one and i can't wait to see what's up.

What is this room at the bottom right of the map (beneath teh conference room) I cant find this...it may be retail as I cant seem to get into that room

Yeah the picture at the bottom right hand corner is of the retail room. Doesn't seem to be any new retail items but that is the retail room.
