Solution to joining problems I have spoken to a few people now who have paid for year 3 but not been able to get in and they have all noticed a similarity.
They are using VISA cards but,despite enetering this,their member details printout says MASTERCARD...has anyone else noticed this? What do we do now...wait or rejoin and ensure that VISA is entered again - but then there's the risk of the same happening again or getting charged twice.
