I think Prince has constructed the site himself, all alone, all those bugs . For a artist that earns millions of dollars , you expect a working site . First rule of the IT business, test a product or a site before launching it .

It looks like they finished programming on friday an hour before launching the site.

If you stick in something under Other the you don't have to enter a state . . but I can't confirm that as it's not working for me yet.

I fill "France"

In "other province/location" I just filled in Germany. Worked for me.
