No, you can start signing up at 7. you'll be able to sign up any time after that.

What happens is you join up and pay $100 (or $200 if you have the same probs as I did in year 1).

If year 3 is the same you membership will be for a limited time (usually 1 year/12 months). In this time you will either get some CDs or Downloads...now this is where the problems sometimes lie.

You may not get what you think/are led to beleive that you will...eg New and Exlusive music does not necessarily means this. Year 1 'exclusive' trax include Horny Pony and Thieves in the Temple while years 2 New cd include trax from year 1 . The promise of 4 cds a year is exactly that 4 cds..not 4 new albums but literally 4 cds.

Its worth joinoing just for the piece of mind that,even if you do get ripped off,at least you havent missed anything and you arent the only one.
