question re: ONA Piano album... How & when did NPGMC members receive it? I'm sure I've read on here that you got it as early as last May... and then again late last year with the live set? When was the actual physical CD sent out... did you only receive it for the first time as part of the ONA LIVE box set?
& does it only exist in a little cardboard slip? No jewel case versions? Thanks. | |

I got my first copy in May -- not a plastic jewel case but a double-thick paper sleeve. Also got a second copy with ONA Live, and it sounded as if all members got their first or second copies with ONA Live. Seems like NPGMC just blanketed the club with a copy stuck in with ONA Live so they didn't have to keep track of who joined after the first shipment was sent out.
