For some reason or another, my CD wasn't delivered along with the rest of yours, and was returned to the USA. I received the tracking number by email from the npgmc so I know it went back to them.

However, I've been in touch with the npgmc, who now say they're out of stock and don't know when they'll be getting any more in. What can I do? Am I the only member who hasn't received the CD?

(I know there was another thread on this subject within this forum, but can't find it ... )

awww, sorry to hear you haven't got it. Its stupid. We live about 8 miles apart, and I got mine in within the first couple of weeks. They really don't have a clue.

If I were you, I would give them 14 days (in writing) to complete the order, and if they do not deliver, demand a refund and get it in the shops.

They are in breach on three accounts, firstly, failing to deliver before retail. Secondly, failing to deliver within the contract timescale of the year 2002. Thirdly, failing to deliver!

I'm in the same postion as you! It was returned to them undeliverable? But like you I will wait and see! basically if they don't send it to me before a new npgmc starts then I will not join and go down the bootleg path!!!

I feel for you guys...but didn't you check your addresses before the ONA CD's went out?? I remember receiving an e-mail weeks before telling us to double check our delivery address.

Maybe the NPGMC is not to blame...maybe the Postal System is?
