I DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER ARTIST WHO WOULD DO THIS AND GET AWAY WITH IT, IF WERE ANYONE ELSE IT WOULD BE SPLASHED ALL OVER THE PAPERS.HE KNOWS THAT FANS LIKE US WILL BE BACK FOR MORE IF HE REOPENS THE SITE ANOTHER WORD - EXPLOITATION. I don't know of any other artist who puts out so many albums yet his fans still aren't satisfied.

You paid for the 2002 and you got everything he gave in 2002.

Sure, it's frustrating not to know what's going on, but that's because we are nosey, not because he owes us something.

I PAID A FULL MEMBERSHIP IN OCTOBER OF 2002 AND WITHIN IF I REMEMBER RIGHT 4 WEEKS IT CLOSED DOWN, I WASN'T INFORMED BY ANY ONE THAT THIS WOULD HAPPEN I THOUGHTI WAS SIGNED UP FOR A YEAR!!! THEN WITHIN WEEKS IT WAS GONE! THAT'S MY STORY PEOPLE AND I'M SURE THERE R A FEW MORE LIKE IT.

i'm afraid you don't remember right..the last download came on january 1st, 2003...that's closer to 4 months than 4 weeks...

WELL I'M AFRAID I NEVER GOT IT.

AND EVEN SO THAT'S STILL ONLY4 MONTHS AND NOT A YEAR!!! AND DEFINATELY NOT WORTH £75.00

I do love Prince's music...
However, I do not agree with his ways of handling business His entreprises seem to always fail somehow...

He doesn't owe anything to anyone...I do agree...

But in ANY business, treating ur clients with some courtesy, well...that is called CLASS!
I rarely speak my mind...but...I wish I would be treated with SOME courtesy and of course...class.

As I said...It is NOT a question of owing anything to anyone...If people on this planet was a bit more courteous and that includes the fams...well...
Mayb there would b NO war...and that it should start right at home...Including PRINCE...he is NOT PERFECT!!!
A bit of respect can run a long way...and giving the example is a great start...so...yes...a courteous note stating that the club will not take place for 2003...would have just been that COURTEOUS...

I personnally could care less right now that the club is partially down and that in December is when I finally got a chance to join and didn't get the other goodies that other members got. I do enjoy the last bit of info the club posted as well as the CDs I received (ONAL-Live) and the few jams that were sent to me Jan 03. Doesn't change my thoughts about Prince and never will. If it re-opens fully then it does, it not then I still got my 50 CDs to listen to and my 3 movies to watch, and the million pics I got to look at.

we did had 2 great npgmc years .
whatever comes up in the future club or no club .
its always good and funky.

If I remember correctly, they did stipulate that NPGMC 2002 ended December 21, 2002, no matter WHEN you joined. They wanted to get everyone on a synchronized membership and that was the only way they could do it.
