The glitches are in EVERY copy, that's the way it was recorded... no need to re-download, your copy is the only version.

I find this thread bewildering. I have bought and downloaded everything available on the site except for Screwdriver, which I had already purchased from Purple Music. Maybe I'm just lucky, maybe others are unlucky, I don't know.

I do know that many here on the org have repeatedly provided instructions to avoid the "issues" in every single thread which discusses the store and the tracks. Why people are still making the same mistakes and posting the same complaints when the solutions are repeated so often seems strange to me.

Maybe we need a "How To Shop 3rdeyegirl.com" sticky?

Look at what you wrote...

How many "invalid links" do you have now? In an attempt to correct an order that went wrong on the 17th, they sent you 4 "invalid links" via email. You placed another order just to view your order history (?) and discovered that the "invalid links" that they had previously replaced are missing. I assume there is a reason for that..if they replaced them via email, then why leave them there? Those links were of no use any longer. If they had left them there, and based on what you said, (the replacement links they sent you were invalid) you would have two "invalid links" for the same order. Concentrate on resolving the 17th email link issue. That's all they owe you..if I'm understanding your problem correctly...in which maybe I'm not because your above comment is very confusing. Ooops, sorry- it was late, I meant first and third orders were showing in history. Second order is not. I've had the links to the second order but they do not show on the account and the links they sent send me to a page which says 'invalid links'

I have tried every way possible to download them, but it's not happening because the songs aren't there.

There are obviously major glitches.

i have paypal reciepts for purchases, yet no emails from 3EG. My account page does not show the orders or make available the downloads. I have emailed 3EG twice in the last week, providing proof of purchase but they have not responded.

Did you pay via paypal? When you do, the last page of the transaction should take you back to the download page.

I'm wondering why they were so responsive to emails and helpful to people the first couple of weeks, but now, people are reporting they don't answer emails.

all my previous transactions went smoothly (with Paypal), but the second to last two did not take me to the download page, they told me to wait for a download link in an email. Both times the email did come.

This time I ordered, the email never came. Paypal shows it charged. My order history doesn't show the transaction on 3rd Eye girl. And my email sending them my receipt now bounced back. I did send to the email address today that Paypal displays.

It's just .88 cents, but I want to test Prince's customer service. And I do have a receipt!

Actually, I just checked, and my last two orders that I did download are not in the order history. Girlfriend Thang, or the video are not shown in my order history. But I did get links to those.

Well as orgers will see if you look at the problem I posted on here recently (reply #25), the solution will need a response from 3rdeye 'customer service' - two different emails from each of the email addresses in question and STILL no response - not in inbox or smam folders - now THAT is shoddy customer care.

Ok, it's only 57 pence (UK here) but I will not attempt future payments - for any amount - until I can be assured that there is customer care in place and that they respond/ sort out ALL problems sent to them

Its not just the response it's also lack of follow thru. They said they were resetting my acct and that I would see the downloads yet nothing has shown up in my acct. They even sent me a new receipt yet no new downloads. Scary/Shoddy

We would all like it to go well but it smells of typical Prince under investment.

i checked the spam too. The glitch is obvious. I have the receipt of payment, but the account shows no such purchase. I got the first few fine, but it seems the Girlfriend and Thang additions are causing the problem.

i haven't got a problem with a glitch as long as thy put it right, but they aren't even responding to polite emails.

I find this troubling. As stated above, I've bought everything and downloaded with no problems. But, if some people are have problems and are not getting any customer service there is a major problem.

The fan community is already split between those who are willing to pay Prince for an online venture and those who are not because they've been burned before. By not making sure that all that pay for the tracks get what they paid for, Prince (and the people he has hired to run this venture) are turning more people to the side of not supporting him. This is unwise in a marketplace that is easy to pirate and with a fanbase that already has legitimate concerns about getting their $$ worth buying from him online.

Hopefully 3rdeyegirl will get it's act together and respond to those with issues. We know they're paying attention as evidenced in the last 2 tracks being lossless wav files as opposed to mp3. Somebody's listening to us, hopefully they'll make things right for those of you that haven't got what you paid for. Surely they don't want to encourage you to find pirated copies.

The ball's in your court 3rdeyegirl. Answer the emails!!

I never got a link emailed to me, just a receipt of my initlial purchase and an email telling me my account had been reset. When i went to my acct there wasn't anything referring to my purchase just the other trax i already had.

I have purchased all the songs, but no videos, and all went smooth, but I never got email receipts from 3rdeyegirl, just PayPal. No biggie as I downloaded when redirected back from PayPal...until Live Out Loud... I have emailed a bunch of times to both email addresses, and only once did they respond, claiming they would resend the email and that I should check my spam....there is no email, anywhere, and they have not added the song to my available downloads or anything, which I have requested. The copies of the emails sent to the "info@" address are now getting returned as undeliverable. I have filed a complaint to PayPal that this last purchase was not received. Pretty lame. It cannot be that hard to check that I made a purchase and add it to my downloads... The rest are all still there! Of course, it should be easy to send an email with a link, too, but that seems hard for the girl with 3 eyes...

Sad, as I am now reluctant to buy anything else from this site! Too bad that the excitement had to be blemished so soon. C'mon guys, answer emails, give links to purchases... Act like you can run a business... If not, just go thru iTunes or Amazon!

OMG yes! I purchased the songs a week ago and never even received the download link. Have sent a few emaios and received a few replies, one that they had sent it to me ( I still didn't receive it), another that I could log in on the My Account section. Problem is I didn't write down my log in as didn't expect to need it again or have a drama when only buying 4 songs! Now I just really care & have just asked if they can't send me the link to refund my money.

Disappointed after the problems with his other websites. I have been a loyal fan since 1985 but this is crap sad

Step 1: Add to your cart

Step 2: Click on Check Out (*You're redirected to Check Out page)

Step 3: Complete billing address fields

Step 4: Immediately below billing address fields, check "create an account" box

Step 5: When prompted, create a username and password

Step 6: Click on Place Order button

Hi, I NEVER received the download email, had a few replies from them that didn't really helt. Last night I decided to accept my loss of $3.50 and start again so went on the site again. You can download immediately once paypal redirects you back to 3rd EG. All good. The only problem I had with the site now was that if you try to order again without leaving the site it gets confused as to whether something is in your cart.

I managed to download all songs and videos with no problem last night so good luck! Prince has won me over again.

It's unfortunate because I really wanted those songs sad

UPDATE: I canceled the PayPal complaint and emailed back that it was removed. Received an email back with new links to download the music. Appears to be resolved.
