Perhaps this is the marketing/PR preamble for Prince actually releasing the Vault himself....one can dream....
Again it's possible it's part of the 'game playing' like he did with the fake cease and desist and making 3rdeyegirl look like a 3rd party bootlegger when most of us are pretty sure it's the man himself.
However, I have heard rumblings that Serpan99 and/or Bart are behind this, can you confirm or deny guys?!

She may already be in trouble for being involved in the 3rd Eye Girl business. But, I don't think being fired will be her punishment. The vault, or some of it's contents are Prince's retirement fund. One day he might hang it up. Unbelievable as it may seem, he might just be saving it for when he simply can't be bothered anymore. Ive felt that's the way it's going for years.
With a bit of luck, we might get something like a Crystal Ball II, but that's probably all. That'd do me. |

So Donna's posting about it on Twitter and FB....well, there goes that whole "Prince fans collective" theory! He should just release the vault material already and stop BS'ing.
But of course that's too much to ask coming from Prince. Hopefully it won't be too long until something else pop's off regarding this onenpg intiative. His speed of delivery of music and vids has increased exponentially since 2013 hit, so it's a possibility that on Valentine's day, we'll get a new song - maybe the official recording of U Will B or the entire song Love?
