On Saturday February 16th, I went 2 purchase all the files available including the Screwdriver video and the Live Screwdriver video, and all the files were in my cart, but then the site started crashing and by the time 3rd Eye Girl emailed me this morning, the Screwdriver video was gone from my cart and when I went 2 pay and download, all the other files worked 4 download and now I've got them (awesome!). I emailed 3rd Eye Girl about the Screwdriver video, but doubt that they'll email me back. Does anyone know of another source of the Screwdriver video file online? I got 4 songs and the movie! It worked fine for me. I couldnt get them on my usb but I got them on a disc so I can jam in the car. U just have to understand thats the only time I get. I cant wait to ride to work tomorrow! Peace and Love to yall Love is whatever u want it 2 b | |

Why couldn't you get them on a USB? They're not protected files or anything. You should be able to move them to any medium you want...

So I went on to try and purchase the two new songs last night, I am still waiting for the email to actually download the music..... My payment was confirmed within 10 minutes, but no download link like I have received the last time within an hour..... Really upset about this, I have emailed them, and left a note on Hannas fb page, not a single response..... Wow, thanks a lot ! | |

I don't understand why you're waiting for an email. Click buy, go to paypal, pay, it directs you back to the 3rd eye page where you can download the song. If it doesn't auto direct, the paypal page has a link saying click here to go back. No waiting, instant! RIP | |

Gosh, how I miss that site. I never had any problems with downloading from there. Bought my concert tix from there and then some. If only it could be revamped... I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. | |

The website isn't well thoughtout - The site lost my account and never sent me a receipt. Links don't work on the site and brings me to the Whoops page. The webpage receipt isn't as clear as it should be. FAQs page says I should be able to access the downloads again from a week ago but it does not. Again - a partial FAIL on whomever is doing the Prince websites.

Maybe in your case. I had a paypal popup without links to go back. No e-mail, no way to login in an account because the lost pw page is a 404 (Prince makes his own sites with HTML for dummies)
The first time (screwdriver, RNR and that Smurf-breakfast-song) I had the possibility to download the songs from the page, the second time (boyfriend and Girl Thang) nothing. Also no response at all although I sent several e-mails to 3rdeyegirl@gmail.com
I made an official pay-pal claim, because I'm tired of the terrible crap that Prince sites mostly are.
