My take on this is that we don't actually age - age is of this world and we are in this world but not of it. We are spiritual beings. There's a seed that was planted in each one of us and that seed grows and blossoms as we nurture it. It's not at all about age. It's about BEING and DOING and FEELING and LIVING and LOVING and EXPRESSING and TRUTH and FUN and SPONTANEITY and COMPASSION and ENTHUSIASM and if you're truly doing those things, then you are not aging in reality; you are living to the fullest and developing your true self to the highest! Plus you can reverse if you choose -- aging process & all the negatives our world connects with that concept -- reverse it and grow younger -- be happy be free be your true self and enjoy the trip -- it's a fun adventure! As some writings say, what we call reality is really illusion and what we are taught is "unknowable, not solid therefore we can't be sure it's real" is the only TRUE REALITY.
