I'm from Germany and received a tax invoice
about 20 Euros from Fed EX for the ONA box
which I received last year. In the attachment
are the adresses of many other German npgmc
members who received the box. Did anyone get
the same invoice?

Hmmm, when did you get this? I haven't yet (and hopefully won't).

The law is - if the value is less than Euro 23 ($5 was value on package). There is no tax or duty.

THis is FedEX; not NPGMC. I used to work for FedEx and they will try to collect duties and taxes on international shipments - which is by law. These fees are due depending on the destination country. How and if you pay is between the recipient and the carrier.
