I sent this to NPGMC Hi there.
I'd like to think that I have been a good member. I've been very positive and always said good things about it. Now, I don't even know if I am a member anymore? No current emails on the status of the club. No info. on Celebration. What is going on.? What happened to the communication? For the first time I don't feel treated respectfully. Yeah!! We want info and we want it now...It seems most of the hotels in the Chanhassen area are already fully booked 4 the month of June and it isn't even clear if there will b a Celly/npgmc this year...
Why not have at least some info on what will happen this year with the club, I can't imagine that Prince will end the npgmc this year... | |

Technically, none of us are members anymore as they stated on the old website our membership ended Dec 31, 2003.

Some of you out here should really stop searching for stuff to argue about? Because that's what it looks like your doing. 1st, I have given the club loads of constructive critisism. 2nd, I have been a member for a few yrs now. Granted they released some more material after that date, but for all practical reasons its safe to say the npgmc2002 is over. They may still keep your email address on file to notify you of retail stuff or possibly year 3, but at this point I wouldnt consider them obligated to provide any more 2002 membership priviledges. | |

At least three hotels in Chanhassen have been made aware by Prince's organization that an event is taking place this June. I have spoken to all three of these places and they said exactly that. SIGNAL | |

When we made our resevation, we talked to the clerk at the american inn and he said that those dates have been confirmed by Prince's people.  So I'm going to act like it is going the celly is going to happen until I hear otherwise. | |

Granted, I have not been a member as long as you as I only joined Feb/2002. BUT - I also feel I have been a "good member". I have done what I could to promote the Club via word of mouth, I've been positive and supportive of the Club, I attended the Celebration. I wrote only 2-3 emails to the Club over the course of last year that were all VERY polite and respectful, either offering a small bit of constructive criticism or just saying thanks, or asking a specific question regarding the Club.
But I never got any response. Ever. Not even a "we got your email" notification. And it wasn't very often I received Club emails, either. I found out about most things to do with downloads and such by visiting to the Org. I know you've communicated with the Club a lot and they seem to write you back more times than not (maybe that's not an accurate assumption, but I'm going by what I've seen you post here) so you should feel at least a bit more respected by them than people whose emails repeatedly got/get ignored.

And 2 of them r fully booked right? Well add the Extended Stay in Eden Prairie 2 that list of fully booked hotels in June. Isn't it amazing 2 sell out 3 hotels before there has been any mentioning of 1 single concert?? Makes u wonder... btw: I'm doing fine P..thanks 4 asking  | |

I made my reservation,just in case there is one.
Nice to hear that the hotels know about this. Now, the only problem, getting a ticket to the celebration. If I don't get a ticket after attending the first 3 I think I would cry like a child. | |

Here is their response:
___ High We're very sorry, the 2002 design of the NPG Music Club has been closed. There is no further in4mation at this time. But once more in4mation on continuing in 2003 is available, we will emale all the members immediately. Thank u 4 ur patience and understanding.
