Email npgmc@npgonlineltd.com rather than any other address.
They generally respond quite quickly and should give you a tracking number for your package and you can trace it's whereabouts from there. | |

That's what I did first, but they told me to write to npg@archway instead. I email both of them now everyday until I get another answer. NPGMC should give us their phone number... this is ridiculous. | |

I live in Toronto and received mine the first week of Dec.This is what I suggest you should do. Buy the boxset,keep the receipt, and when you receive your own copy, bring it back for full refund. Remember to buy it from a big store like HMV so they will give you a refund, but keep in mind the store's return policy. Scarb.Town CTR. should have it. Edwards Record store at Eglinton and Yonge had 3 copies for $89.99 on Tues Jan 14, at 9:00pm, but they have a strict return policy. GO LEAFS GO!!! | |

I haven't recieved my copy yet, though on 01 11 03 I got an email from Lori saying my order would be reshipped. I emailed NPGMC, Gage, and Archway three times a week. NPGMC never gave me much help, aside from guiding me to Archway. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get the set by weeks end. | |

I thought HMV wouldn't allow opened products to be returned. Can you return it after it has been opened? And HMV is the most expensive place you can go... There's gotta be a better place to get it. I haven't received mine either, and I live in Toronto. I have copies of the discs, so I've been patient... ok, maybe I've just given up on getting it. NPG@gage insists that it was shipped on Dec. 10, and have not promised to re-send it. It was probably seized at the Canada-US border and put in jail for no reason. Ok, I'm off-topic now... | |

I was told that my copy was shipped on Dec. 10. After numerous emails I finally got Lori to commit to re-sending anew copy on Jan. 10. It arrived on Jan. 13.
No matter how upset I was at not having it during my time off at Xmas... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT ! This is INCREDIBLE. | |

1/16/03 : Still no ONA(Live). I email npg@archway 2 times a day but I never got an answer. I'm thinking of getting a refund. Maybe if I call Visa, and explain, I'll get a refund... I'll give it a try. | |

To G. HMV will not accept opened items, but all you have to do is give HMV your NPGMC copy, the only downside is that your bonus copy of ONA piano will go to HMV.BTW, HMV will accept returns in 21 days. | |

My e-mail to NPGMC, NPG@archway.com, and NPG@gage.com:
I sent an e-mail on January 9, 2003, and still have not heard any response. I have still not received my box set, and have not been convinced that it has been sent. Has my copy of the One Nite Alone Live box set shipped? Was it shipped by FedEx? If so, what was the tracking number? If you have no tracking number, then I can't be convinced that it was shipped, nor am I convinced in the competence of whichever company shipped the package. Would FedEx leave a "failed delivery" notice in my mailbox or on the door of my apartment if I am at work when they try to deliver? What was the complete shipping address that it was shipped to? Provide the answers to all of the above questions. Most importantly, how can I reach someone to discuss this delivery failure? I would prefer a refund to my credit card for the amount (the same credit card in my NPG Music Club profile). The amount I would have to spend in order to buy my own copy of the ONA Live box set in record stores is $103.49 (Canadian funds). I will not order it from the NPG Retail site due to the shipping failure. There is no way I would wait as long as my fellow Canadians have waited for the box set.By the middle of December, I would have e-mailed npgmc about a million times,as well as called fed-ex and demand that they do something about it.Sometimes you have to push these people to work a little harder and let them know this is important to you. | |

I'm definitely not joining for 2003, if there is a club. I'll download from WinMX and buy used. It's always annoyed me to see the club stuff available for cheaper elsewhere. So I might as well get it cheaper rather than pay for nothing.
I admit, kevin1, that I was apathetic until a couple weeks ago. For some reason, I trusted that NPGMC would eventually send us our ONAL box sets. Now I think you're right. I should have been less patient with them. Oh well, live and learn. Long live WinMX. ![]() | |

After more than 50 emails from me, Archway finally wrote me back. They say that my ONA boxset was sent on 12 december 2002. They said they don't have the tracking number yet, but are looking for it. I called FedEX and they told me that nothing was sent on 12/10/02 from NPGmusicclub. After all that, I still don't know what's going on. | |

It's been almost 2 weeks since Archway emailed me 2 tell me they would resend my copy. Well, yesterday they replied to another one of my emails to tell me they have verified my address and a copy is on the way out...I guess I'll have to wait and see. | |

After about 400 emails I got a response from Lori saying "A replacement copy will go out soon"
I asked her where and when the original order was shipped and got no response. Then a couple of days ago I received it. Lori sent me an email today responding to one of my emails from Jan 15th telling me that it shipped on the 20th and for the first time ever she sent the email requesting a confirmation of receipt of the email. BTW - I'm in Toronto. | |

I received an email on 23rd saying that my replacement copy had been shipped on Jan. 15th, but of course they didn't provide me with a tracking number. So here I still sit without any of my CDs! | |

in fact I called them last monday, let a message to Lynette Voice mail, she called me back, and said that they have send it to me in dec, which is false because I called Fed at this time, and nothing was send to me. Then she told me that they have a wrong address, which is false too, I checked with her, this is the right one and already get things from NPGmusicclub, then she told me OK I send you the disc today but I can t give you the tracking number, which is completly wrong, cause when you call or mail fedex, it gives you the number automatically !
So she said you will have it tomorrow or in 2 days ! I waited as always, still nothing I called them back and they said, it has been sent, or going to be send ??? they don t know ! then I sent an email back to archway, to the attention of Lynette, here is the answer : A replacement box set has been keyed to you and will shipping out shortly. Thank you for your patience. Peace, No date, no tracking number, always the same answers. Well, today is my day...Yes I recieved ONA Live this afternoon. it was delievered by FedEx, and I had to sign for it. My box is in perfect condition, as is the booklet. I recieved the xtra copy of ONA also. So, after a couple of months of waiting, I am now in the know.

I spoke with Lynette today and she forwarded me to Mary, who started looking into my CDs on Fri. They both apologized for not calling me back. Seems they aren't allowed to make long distance calls? Anyway, she's confirmed that they have my correct address and that my shipment went out Jan. 15th and I should receive it next week. I asked why it was taking so long if it was sent by FedEx and Mary said because it was shipped standard.
I guess we'll wait and see. | |
