although I still don't have it, Lori told me that they were shippig it again that was on the 1/2/03. NPGMC@npgmusicclub.com, not gage, gave me the trkng number and it said that gage got it back as undeliverable waaay back on 12/17/02. that's FUCKING rediculous!!! I was emailing them about this repeatedly AFTER the 17...they ddn't know where it was though??? waht r they doing over there all day...fucking each other to saty warm???

My mail complaining about it took a long time to be answered, probably becuz of the holidays, so that is okay.

When it was answered I got the tracking number, only to be told it was sent back to the US.

Of the three orders I made, not ONE made it onto my doorstep. So I was prepared.

Props to the NPG team at Gage though, cuz we are a complaining lot. Even though sumtimes we have REASON.

It sucks to see it in the stores though and peeps not part of the club rubbing it in...we got it, we got it.

The story keeps getting better for me!

Firstly, I signed in March, missing the initial mailing of ONA. And as yet, I still haven't received anything for my 2002 membership.

As for the delivery, I've corresponded with both Archway and NPGMC, and have lost track about which email is from who...

* early December, I email requesting the company used to send the parcel and a tracking number

* December 25, I receive an email saying delivery failed, please contact FedEx (NO tracking number given!)
I call FedEx and they can not find any details based on my name and address.
I email requesting the tracking number.

* December 27, I get a tracking number.
I check the number on the Web, to find it marked as in Singapore from December 12, marked as undeliverable, and returned to sender on December 26. I call FedEx to find that the postal code is completely wrong! I have maintained the same address with NPGMC for two years, and there is no possibility of them getting that postal code from me.

* I contact NPGMC and am told that they will get the package soon

* I receive an email responding to my very first request for a tracking number, giving me a different tracking number again. I check FedEx and the package is marked as successfully delivered in the UK!!
* I respond and point out that they are in a bit of a muddle, and to please resolve this situation.

What are they doing over there?! If anybody wants to run an effective business, then take a few lessons from NPGMC and do everything in the opposite way.

You mean you're not going to join the millions of others that sent NPGMC a thank you letter for such a fabulous year?

You should be thankful that the club even exists and is there to take your money.

Still waiting for my copy of ONA Live.

NPGMC stated that FedEx couldn't deliver to my address.
NPGMC didn't give me any tracking number or any other contact information to FedEx so I've been waiting for a week now for Archway to get back to me with some details.

This amazing experience sure feels premium to me

Sigh, I am also still waiting. But unlike many others I have yet to get a reply from anyone I've been emailing...gage or NPGMC.
I'm close to giving up, that way I'll be even more surprised when it finally arrives in May.

I haven't received mine either... but I think mine was stolen sometime around November, because someone at NPGMC did provide me with a tracking number. I guess I need to take that last step and confirm with the mailman that the item actually reached my doorstep. But if it did, I guess I got to accept that some dirty dog took my mail from in front of my crib!

Damn right I ain't got it! was informed by email 'u will get the box set in the next mailing and u will have the CDs soon' not happy. And my npg login is not working!!

8 january 2003... I'm still waiting for ONA (Live)...
And I'm living in Canada. I was the first one to receive the ONA Piano CD. Maybe I'll be the last to receive the box set.

Honeylove... It's good to see that I'm not the only one in Canada who did not receive ONA (Live). I think it's probably a mather of days or weeks. Did you try contacting the NPGMC ? I emailed them yesterday... no response yet.

Same story with me. No box, living in Toronto. Although Lori says mine was shipped, but didn't say that it was returned... So maybe it got lost.


But the org boards have quieted down about people not getting their boxes, so I'm guessing that most people have gotten them.

I think I'll e-mail NPGMC and Lori again today. I'm sure they're dying to know if I've gotten my box yet.

Though I did get a reply from Lori telling me it was shipped on December 10th, which was really helpful, ... NOT !

It's been three weeks since the package was returned undelivered and still nothing over here.

I have two very simple wishes:

Please send again.
Please email me the tracking number ASAP.

But alas, I am moving house in 17 days (17 long nights...), and I doubt my wishes will come true in that time.
