This time I'll wait a little, just 2 hear if it's worth it. Lotusflow3r was a rip off. I Signed up as soon as the site opened, got my T-shirt about a year later, just in time 2 be A.U.T.O-Matically charged again. The Videos took 4ever and a day 2 load, and even then, I'd seen them b4. What did we pay 4? 3 Albums? More like 1, that wasn't 2 bad. Is anybody seriously excited this time? I think my expectations 4 the real Prince 2 come back one day are nothing but the dreams of a hopeful kid. Man, I wish he would, but I know he won't..

I think he should forget the fancy websites and just stick to doing what he does best. Compose, produce and perform decent music. I think it would be nice if he had a website, but just an ordinary site with news, information, photos, etc. Just like any other pop star/ band. Why does he have to try and take it one step further and mess it all up?

I won't even budge. He's dropping sites like le doo doo and my wallet ain't healthy enough to keep on wiping them up. It took me a year to afford NPG. Then a year before he closes it, I find out it's down to 25 dollars. Now THAT was a masterpiece that should have stayed open. I loved the pool with the music in it. All he had to do was change the name. Sigh.
But I am sure it's coming. Without fail, it is coming.

I was growing fond of 3121.com before he inexplicably killed it and gave his webmaster Sam Jennings the heave-ho. And it was free, unlike the others.

Sam didn't get the heave-ho. He left.

It seems like Prince doesn't really care much for his fams anymore the way things r going now. I remember the days of Luv41Another. Those were the good ole days when u would get an entire CD in the mail seemed like every 6 months at not cost to the fam member xtra and membership was only $25 annually 2 b a part of something outstanding. Also..what ever happened 2 having those BIG BDAY CELEBRATIONS like Xenophobia and the 2 others preceeding that? People came from all over the world 4 the 7 day event. It's just not the same nemore and somewhere down the line, the luv feels lost. What 2 do..what 2 do!!! Even the NPG Music Club was better. You could at least have a chat forum.[Edited 7/15/10 9:23am] 'I miss the good ole days'

I remember the old days when members of the fan club would get front of the house tickets to all the concerts. I was front row in Phoenix and Las Vegas a few years ago. What a blast. This latest sight was a waste of 77 bones. Got nothing for it.

After loudly proclaiming that the internet is dead it would be a hefty slice of humble pie that would need to be eaten BEFORE launching a website. There came a time when the risk of remaining tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. Anais Nin.

IMO, all versions of the NPGMC were a success. Everthing else (all the way back to the beginning) was experimenting and had varied degrees of success and failure. I've said before that I will join if he ever tries again. But after having more time to think about it I may not if site doesn't have a forum. For obvious reasons, I hope.
