I am shocked by this very recent development.

Yeah, we knew the site was being taken down. I had LF.com as my home page on my FireFox Explorer and when I opened up my IE yesterday I saw it was gone too
I hope there's no new sites in the near future. Let's focus on the music and possibly a tour starting at Paisley Park.

BUT, if you watch the latest Google Droid commercial, it makes extensive use of the Lotu$flower globe! And THAT globe has literally hundreds and HUNDREDS of things spinning in it!

It's almost like what we thought we were going to get from Lotu$flower!

When the NPG Music Club was up I believe it was closed because of another site NPG, they were about to "sue" the NPG Music Club and next thing you know some of us got a email/letter saying the site has run its course or something to that affect. If another site does go up I pray it's just doing more then what LF.com did. I've read how P lost interest in the site once it went live. Something happened to turn him off and we got very little with the site, not enough to cover the $77. Again, if there is another site I would hope to have more.

I'm seriously going to have to question some of you so called fans if you don't know what thedatabank is. (or, was).

www.thedatabank.org was the ultimate resource for information about Prince bootleg DVD's and CD's for years. There were detailed tracklistings, reviews, and screenshots (in the case of the DVD's) for most boots on there.

It was shut down a year ago by the owner (whose name escapes me right now but was a very cool guy).

Clearly, "Prince In Print" is his new project.

So you now you know, and you realize how absurd the notion of it being anything directly to do with Prince is.

For the record, Prince does have a new official site in the works, but that ain't it.
