MzQueen, the money has probably already been refunded. They were working on that within a day of the money being withdrawn from folks accounts or charged to their cards. They were also taking care of it on their end, without people having to try to get the charge removed. I didn't call my credit card company, did nothing toward getting a refund, but noticed that it had already been put back on the card. Not everyone was charged, so it is possible your friend's card was one that was not charged. So I really wouldn't expect a credit-line with PRN Productions, or for it to be donated to Love4OneAnother.

..the 1st time i tried 2 purchase the membership i used a $100 visa-gift-card that i had laying around...it didn't work..it had 2 be a debt/credit card...i did get that initial amount credited back 2 the gift card..

..i don't OWN a credit/debt card myself..BUT I DO have access/get-permission 2 use a debt/credit card if i need one..i have been operating like this 4 over a decade...and i am content with it..cuz i never had any problems with just using other people's credit cards...they get what i want...i pay A.S.A.P..on the spot...so my people get their money UP-FRONT with me...then a month later when they get their statement..they have their own responsibility 2 pay the credit-card company the money owed...cuz i already paid them...

...the initial card i used 2 purchase the membership...the card EXPIRED in FEB/2010...so if i didn't do anything...the "renewal-charge" would not have affected THAT card...on the count it expired...

..what i did...i KNEW the credit card expired in Feb 2010....but i THOUGHT there was gonna be a 2nd yr..(BTW folks..i know why the site got shut-down )

..anyways...i used another credit-card# 4 "the-renewal"..

...same person's account but they had gotten the NEW# and new card...
.
..i went in and CHANGED the billing info in my memembership site...

...THEN..it was confirmed 2 me that the charge went through and i was given a photocopy of the actual-card-owner's-bill-statement...4 that 2nd purchase..

..i hope u guys are following me with this...

..i have been making phone-calls 2 get in contact with the card owner(they are in Aruba right now)...and they were reached through a 3rd party and asked if they got a refund back on their card....they said no after they called their bank...

..no refund was credited 2 the card...now mine u..i TOLD U ALL..it was complicated...and a hassle...because 2 separate #'s were used 4 the transactions..

...technically the money IS out in-limbo..but in Mr.Nelson's possession..and I AM ok with it 2...
