I've seen a couple of posts that are referencing "refunds" for year 2 that have "already" been made.

For those that have been "inconvenienced" enough. I think a thread specifically acknowledging refunds would be helpful.

That's fair and demonstrative that the positive doesn't go unnoticed around here, as falsely claimed.

When you've got your refund, say so here, so those that are waiting to know something progressive is happening, don't have to dig through pages and pages of posts to find out.

Okay, I received my $77.00 back today. That was pretty fast. The charge was out of pending status yesterday, and by today the money was posted back to my account.

I got mine as well.

I'm still waiting on the refund...do I need to contact anyone? All I received was that email from Lotusflow3r stating they will issue refunds.

I remember another company I did business with, did the same thing by mistake. Somehow my email to unsubscribe did not go through, but they saw where I was trying to make contact with them on another part of their site, and they immediately apologized and my money was returned to my account within two days like they promised.

Thing is, despite the mistake, at least LF is working hard to return the funds. Thanks to Gav for letting fans at this site know that he was contacted by Prince's lotusflow3r team, and was told that they would correct the problem as soon as possible.

My charge has been pending since Friday. So I can't dispute and they haven't refunded, but they are holding my $77.

You have to wait until it is out of pending status for it to be charged back to your account as available funds. Mine was in pending status on Friday, went through on Saturday as paid to vendor, then charged back to my account as available funds to me on Sunday. It depends on how fast your bank processes these transactions.

I've not had a chance to check this yet, as the card is held by someone other than myself.

The only issue will be the conversion charges, with me being here in the UK. Most likely I'll be charged for the initial conversion, then again for the conversion back!

My charge stayed on pending and then this morning disappeared and the money went back into my account. Hooray!!!

on the day it happened- i was livid. i called bank of america 800-432-1000 and a CS rep said- he will "delete" the PENDING chrage and put a STOP PAYMENT on the amount- and will waive the fee. my $ was back by the time i disconnected the call and switched to mobile web and refreshed the screen.

no probs since. he DID mention that he was not really "supposed" to do that.

i was really nice to him and he hates Prince "that dude lost touch with reality a long time ago" (i would have defended, by "i need my money")

anyway... it worked!

My money was returned this morning.

I know what that's like but it doesn't mean they should be taken advantage of and I don't appreciate when Prince and/or his people do that to the very people who keep him in business. That is why I care so much!

Take a close look at how many of these people you claim you like around here (especially the ones that you say knew better but I guess didn't value you telling them in the first place) actually got a refund. Most if not all. Wipe away your venom and find an artist you like so you don't have to always complain about them. I doubt Prince has hardly cost you anything in your life to spend so much time looking for how he's wronged you or other loyal fans. In a nut shell I took some time off from the org cuz it was just gettin stale over here. I come back to pop in and see its still the same old song and dance.
