Ok.Is it time for Prince to maybe take a year hiatus from MPLS and live in a different city to recharge his batteries. What city would you recommend and why. I'll start off any say he should move to San Francisco Area because of the the many musicians hes known over the years like Carlos Santana and Shiela E., diversity of cultures/religions/lifestyles, vibrant variety music scene, and the internet mecca of the world. Heck if I remember right U2 trekked out to Germany for awhile and created Achtung Baby.

I think he should move to Atlanta where the love is strong and people love him for him where he can recreate a new him see what the big city has seem like when he was touring Atlanta was on the touring list so much he would double back months later before ending his tour that year plus we have many stars in Atlanta he won't be the only famous person in town and all the talk won't be about him he would just blend in catch a diffrent sound reinovate him self and come out swinging ready to start a new sound can you imagine if MPLS sound and the ATL sound combine what that make beautiful misuc for the young and old Love God and be blessed

I agree he needs an entirely new perspective.

the dude only moved back 'home' second half of last year. give the man a
chance to catch his breath.

and remember, his best work was still done in paisley park. so let's cut
him some slack and wait to see what happens.

I disagree, he's right where he needs to be. Minnesotans don't get all "stary eyed" over Prince. He should be able to hang out with family and friends and get back to that Mid-West daily grind. I know home is where the heart is and Minneapolis/Chanhassen is home.
