Did anything you asked require a response? Has whatever you were emailing about taken place? biggrin

Yes. I cannot state in a clearer way "Please send confirmation that my request has been completed, or let me know if the contact information has changed" "Is there anything else that must be done?" I have not received a response.

Number 1. Not only is it unbelievablly irresponsible for a company who has your credit card information with the security number to not respond, it raises other red flags.

2. It may even be illegal. I started researching (I stopped because I just kept thinking I'd hear from them) and in my state I believe a company has to respond to a written request to stop making automatic withdrawls within 30-45 days if you no longer allow it. I realize that the year membership is not over (I don't think so maybe a few days left) and maybe they are just unprofessional, or don't give a shit about making cusomters nervous/pissed. Maybe it will be taken care of without them telling people, then, well just a bunch aggravation. I will never do business with any site Prince has again. Period.

3. With no response from support@lame usflower.com, I have a credible concern on how secure lameusflower is. Who has had access to my financial information.

I subscribe to quite a few things via the web and have never experienced a non-response from even 1 company that has my financial info.

I was disappointed in the web site, but there were no guarantees on what content I was going to get. I'm cool with that, actually that was part of the fun, what was it going to be like, etc. There was some good stuff, but nothing new in 9 months. Definetly not worth $77.00.

I need to know what is going on with my personal info and if my request is going to acted upon. Come on prince, what if I had your credit card number and said "Had U". Stop going into the web business is you can't do it right.

PRINCE, THIS IS NO WAY TO BECOME ONE OF THE 144,000 YA KNOW.

What did Prince say, "We got your number now fool!" I have no proof whatsoever, yet I truly believe the site is a power move for Prince and that he intends to frustrate fans that signed up for Lameazzfiller.com. I think he is pissed and his only regret is that he didn't shake down more of us.

Because I don't trust the thieving pikies not to automatically charge my card without asking.

The whole thing has been a giant sham, from beginning to end. I'm hoping that all of the recent legal action against Prince, will pull his head out from his tight arse and make him realise that the world doesn't spin on his purple axis.

You could always just contact your credit card company and tell them that you would like to stop any payment to LotusDeflower... that way, if a payment is made, you can reclaim it without any fuss. Simples

In the UK we have the data protection act, which states (amongst other things) that individuals have a right to access any information that is held on them. It also states that 'Entities holding personal information are required to have adequate security measures in place. Those include technical measures (such as firewalls) and organisational measures (such as staff training)'. Surely there's an American equivelant?

Because from the evidence we have seen, the customer service email is erratic to say the least. there are no replies and no evidence of a received cancellation.
in short it's crap and untrustworthy.

But don't open up any windows (like payment info) cause you still can't close them. They just stopped the 1st one from popping up.

Well, like I stated before, I haven't had any technical problems, nor any issues with customer support. I certainly can't argue with any of the complaints about site content or the intent of a certain artist whose name is part of this website raping out pockets of hard earned cash. The website looks incredible, but there really ain't squat there for the price. I'm seriously hoping or some like, $25 concert tickets. ..... lol lol right. Never mind. lol

Regarding the first part, you really think so? I think Prince has a long history of "doing it right" online prior to lotusflow3r. Like, waaay long history.

Regarding the second part, lol lol

By "fix it" do you mean you people can change there CC info now, or just that the screen doesn't freeze? (I'm not messin' with it, but it seems like that would make some folks pretty happy.)
