When the password reminder box appears it is then unable to close, Firefox is giving me an error stating "TypeError: Error #1010: A term is undefined and has no properties.at net.unionstudio.prince::SiteRoot/onCloseModalClick()" I'm guessing this is the same as the problem stated at the start of this thread - the site has not been properly tested and they've got several undefined links, meaning that when the box appears there is no way to get out! Just like I said, a programming problem. The function is not working. The site doesn't seem to be secure at all. | |

For all of you that changed your cc details to bogus numbers, to stop them renewing - I urge you to check that they saved your new details. I did mine a few months ago and when I checked recently (after waiting for 10 friggin minutes for that crushingly disappointing website to load) it had reverted back to the original cc number.
Or is this just me??  I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

This happened to me once. I hadn't logged in in ages and I went on there to download the live tracks from I don't even know where (Feel Better, Mountains/Shake, Why You Wanna). It was after I'd changed my credit card number (in real life, not on my submitted information on the site). Gave me that screen, but I was able to click out of it. But I couldn't download the tracks by clicking on them. I had to have direct URL links. Still got them, was still logged in, but I think they don't like it if your CC on file is changed or expired. | |

I sent a letter asking if there was going to be anything new added before I subscribed again. At this point, why would I want to go another year with the "hint" of "somehting" coming out?? The videos are nice, but I was hoping that they would have put more rare clips instead of "kiss" and other hits. I'm all about seeing new stuff, or things that have been kept in a vault. Oh, by the way... I did get my tee shirt. I hate to complain about Prince because I think he's still a genious, but whoever made those shirts should be made to wear them 24/7. I broke through into this whole other galaxy where they had streaming tracks from The Flesh project and where there were downloadable unreleased albums, live shows and an online store selling remastered CDs with bonus tracks. There was also a whole other section where you can custom-design your own CDs with unreleased vault songs.
They were asking $19.99 for a lifetime membership. What a friggin rip -off. Anybody else have that problem? Every day should b a COSMIC DAY! | |

Its an entire excerpt from a film that has been used for COUNTLESS other satires - the first time I saw it used was over 6 months ago when Ronaldo was leaving Man Utd. Or is this just me?? I tried the same thing a few weeks ago and the same thing happened to me. It does not save the bogus info. For me it just highlted the boxes in redlined squares. I just want ooooouuuuuttttt!!!!! | |

I haven't had any problem logging in or navigating around the site. I am running Safari 1.3.2. I have NOT updated or changed my cc info in any way. No probs for me except for lack of content. | |

I use Firefox and just logged in with no problems. I've also never had a problem with the site functioning (beyond the glitches in the first few days). The site operators even went out of their way to get me my t-shirt when I moved during the time it was originally sent. Anyway, seems fine to me, and it didn't ask me to update my payment info, either. | |
