1. This issue has nothing to do with the site's security certificate.
2. It is on the front page because that is the only way anyone involved with the site will take notice of it. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

I don't understand the user's problem.
1. When you sign into the site, can you use the site at all, or does it take you to the update CC screen? 2. What browser and version are you using? 3. Do you have the latest flash package installed? 4. Does your computer meet the minimum requirements? 5. Make sure you fill in all the required details on the My Account page, and save changes. 6. Make sure you do the same on the CC payment screen. 7. Try a different browser or computer. | |

Check which version of FLASH you have. If it's not that, there's a problem in that screen, and everyone who has to update their credit card info will have the same problem. | |
