I got an apology (aploogy) lol

But as far as i know the money wasn't taken out of my account after phoning my cc company, but will check my statement when it comes, just in case.

I got the apology and the refund. Printed a copy of the two e-mails and have them saved on my back-up hard drive, just in case... neutral
