Take example ! Im a NPG member, and very sad of what happened, the site down, don t receive my ONA set box, the NPG music club site not very interesting, no interaction, only a shopping site.
I think they should take example of what is going on, on other fam club site ! I went to see the stones last week in Montreal, and as every people who bought a ticket, we are automatically member for one year of their fam club for free ! the site is very cool, there is a lot of live video, music,info, and more, they even do something great !, they organize package to see the stones abroad, plane,concert tickets,etc.. I think it would be great if the NPG music club, could do the same ! I m sure everybody want something more friendly! | |

How would the NPGMC know if someone changed his/her email address? I wonder if someone missed out of Xpectation because of this. Members should have access to this portion of the site. | |

What do U thing of the mess they did, about the shipping of ONA,a lot of them didn t get it, cause they don t know how to manage ! they have our emails, and correct address cause when we buy something they know where to ship, and know how to take our money ! | |

I don't consider that I received Xpectation and CNOTE due due to having received emails. I got access to them from links given on prince.org (of course I am a member of NPGMC). Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop. | |

I am talking about someone who changed his/her email address recently. For example, if I changed my email address on Dec 19, I would not have received the Xpectation notification. I cannot change my personal settings at NPGMC. The only part of the site opened is the Retail Section. I know the NPGMC has my info, but what if it changes? There is no way of updating that now. | |

i changed my email address and didnt recieve the downloads. i have been asking them 4 over a week how i could get them and they finally answered 2day. the said log in2 the members section. where is the members section? | |
