Quite a lousy check, if you ask me, because they did ask for an identity card but didn't match it to an account. There were several members from other countries outside but they were not allowed to buy a ticket. It was obvious the people at La Cigale had received these instructions quite late and knew nothing about the website. One of them tried to explain to me that each country has its own Lotusflow3r website and that I should complain with the Belgian site After some negotiations the Belgians were also allowed to get in. Somebody in the US had faxed the ticket lady a list of all Belgian logins. Perhaps we were also FRENCH speaking fans ?(well, at least we tried) I don't know how long the members of the other countries had to wait - at 10:30 AM I heard that they'd have to wait till 3:30 PM. Don't know if that happened because we went to the RTL studio... When they eventually got in, they bought the tickets at the same price :80 euro. Later the non-members all paid the same price and they eventually ALL got tickets. So, all this priority bullshit for the French was not really necessary. It only pissed people off. | |

Here is a graph of LotusScam.com's traffic history starting in January (courtesy of Compete.com). You will notice a steady decline in the number of visitors to the site. A myriad of people either decided it wasn't worth the $77 susbscriber fee, they lost interest in the content or gave up on trying to access their accounts. | |

Ok.....so 100 tickets priced at an affordable $31.21 were made available to LOTUSFLOWER MEMBERS for the SATURDAY NITE Concert experience at PAISLEY PARK in MPLS the other day. This was a move in the right direction for PRINCE with his website and for his members who spent their $77.00 for a years worth of goodies.
Again.....a very nice move in the right direction. PROPS to U PRINCE!!!! | |

I just got a letter from American Express Gold Card. I complained about Lotusflow3r and requested a $70.00 refund, because I feel I only got about $7.00 worth of value from the site. American Express found in my favor and refunded me $70.00. If you are unhappy with Lotusflow3r.com, file a complaint with your credit card company. And don't pay for any Prince web site in the future without reading his ridiculous terms. And he has the nerve to complain about the capitalist record companies. He's worse than Warner Bros. the only slight problem with this is that American express refund your money but Prince doesn't refund them. Of course you may not think it IS a problem. | |

Prince could at least send you all a reworked version of that cult classic of his: "HAD U" he does have an excentric humour how many purple people fell for this old trick of his? I really didn't think so many would sign up. I was once suckered like this and I felt so pissed at myself for quite some time. I could only let it go after donating the same sum of money to the "eyes for east africa" association. I can't explain the logic in this, but it worked for me that 1 time small circles, big wheels!

Ok.....It is now NOVEMBER 6th 2009 and it appears as of now that all is quiet at PAISLEY PARK until the start of the new year. Maybe PRINCE will feel a bit generous and put up a few live tracks for all of his members to download to cd from his PAISLEY PARK CONCERT on the LOTUSFLOWER WEBSITE. Even maybe a few more live jams from PARIS would be quite nice as well so we can end the year out with a bang.

In uk law whilst both parties are liable they are both liable for the full amount so the credit card company mustrefund you wether they get the money of the merchant or not. Although thats usually only in the case of companies going bust(or being nigerian). | |
