I joined because Posted CD's I can listen to.

Downloads I CAN'T listen to.

I used to have a 200mhz Packard Bell from 1997, and even that would play mp3s.

Considering the confusion with the mailing of ONAL, I think the downloads might work out better.

Downloads suck ass, but they are better than nothing.

I still don't have ONA Live. So being able to download Xpectation is a great relief! ONAL is available in stores here and it teases me every time i'm in a music store.

But I'm sure people without computers and internet connections feel the same way about Xpectation, which they can't get. So I don't know what the better solution is.

I actually purchased a brand new Sony Vaio in '01 so that I could be part of the Club. There was no way I was going to miss out on it. So desparate people can take desparate measures. Thank God for financing at Best Buy!

Well- I did seek out a friend last nite and managed to burn a copy of Empty Room, but couldn't get Xpectation to work!

Was it only on for a limited period or something?- That would be crap!

after last year u know what the deal is,& tho they sed they wouldnt do downloads,u know 2 expect the unexpected with P.

Andrew prefers the sound quality of the Cd`s, but the sheer quantity and music quality of the year one downloads made the club well worth it then too.

Why not CDs + downloads?

Personally I prefer CDs instead of D/L (I'm more satisfied to have a full printed CD with best sound quality and original artwork rather than a homemade CDR) but I think a good option would be to have NPGMC CD releases already available on the site as D/L before the shipment.

We could start to enjoy the new music waiting for the actual
CDs, and every member would have access to the MP3 files at the same time.

Eye have Xpectation.
