i still haven't been able to download it. i've reset cookies as advised by the NPGMC but still no luck

it is saying that the site is unavailable or busy after i click on save target as.

is it just me?

do any of you have ideas why?

by the way empty room downloaded fine.

You sure you first (left) click on either LO or HI and then from the newly opened window you right click and select Save Target As..?? If you don't get a new window after clicking on LO or HI you may have a popup stopper running.. Also make sure you're not using any download accelerator as they might not be able to log in properly, simply use IE to download (even though it's a drag..) Other than that I cannot think of anything that might cause you problems right now, especially since you don't have any trouble downloading the direct mp3 link of Empty Room.

You know...it'd be kind of nice if they provided download instructions. I bet they spend more time wondering how to spell incorrectly (which they consider clever), than they do figuring how they can better serve their paying customers.

If you have the link in your e-mail, right click it. Then open it (and be patient, because it may take a bit). Then double click (left button) the track you want, and close the full page. When the small box appears in the upper left hand corner, right click and select "save target as". This should do the trick. I know your pain as I've had much trouble getting it micelf. I had to turn my firewall off, but after that it was smooth sailing.
