I've finally got the box set All that complaining, phew, but now the storm clouds are parting. It's wonderful.

I told them that archway never answered my email and I asked if they could reach them for me by phone. They told me to keep on trying with emails. So that's what I do... I sent at least 20 emails, but archway never answered even once. This is a new hobby for me : trying to have an answer from archway. I wonder if i call VISA and ask for a refund if it will work...

and they gave me the phone number of the Service Center which is responsible for the NPGMC deliveries!

Phone: 1-763-479-4100

They have a Customer service Dep. there but I just reached the Mailbox!

Perhaps we all try to get somebody on the phone there and get a real statement about what's goin on with the delveries!

Her name is Lynette!

I didn't receive no CD at all since September last year!

Now Lynette corrected my adress in the system and gave me the new Tracking Number etc...

Got mine today (Berlin/Germany).

First shipment had been sent back because I was on vacation. I emailed Archway, got a reply from "Lori" 3 or 4 days later, saying they would send a replacement to my work address. And today the boxset was delivered right to my desk, 2 weeks after my first mail.

I had the impression of a professional and reliable handling at Archway/Gage.

Still nothing.

they have a wrong address, I don t know how !!! but they are going to send me back, and will receive it tomorrow or on wendsday !!!

Oh Sandrined, U are lucky...I still am empty handed.

We shouldn't have to turn to Prince.ORG in order to find that phone number!! NPGMC should be providing it to anyone who reports that they haven't received the box set.

This is ridiculous.

I'm slipping towards the dark side now! I'm joining the annoying complainers! Help!

well...
I finally got my copy of ONAL after checking the parcel number with FedEx and calling them to get verification on that the package was not in Finland anymore. Sent mail to npg@archway.com and they shipped a new package - which I got two days ago.

Not that this is of any help to all you guys still short of one ONAL boxset.

I just received an email saying they were about to send me another copy.

Better late than never I suppose.

I bought ONA...Live a few days ago in Louvain (Belgium).
It was 55,00 EUR and I didn't have to wait for my copy.

So can somebody tell me what's the advantage of NPGMC?
